Here are a few of the questions we get the most.

  • Where are you located?
    I serve the entire St. Louis Metropolitan area, with a little extra love for Western St. Charles County as the New Melle/Defiance area is where I reside.
  • How much do sessions cost?
    It depends on what you are looking for! Please view my packages to get the most current pricing.
  • How do I book a session?
    To book a session you'll need to select a package (senior, family, or business) then follow the prompts to purchase and book your session.
  • How do I chose a location? What are my location options?
    Every session is custom and we will work together to choose the best location and timing for the perfect images.
  • What should I bring to the photoshoot?
    Flats or flip-flops for walking between photo spots, touch-up makeup, hair brush, hair spray, water bottle coat or cover-up, 1-2 props.
  • How should I dress/what should I wear?
    I am happy to talk details with you, from clothes to shoes to accessories! We can go over everything styling related so that you are ready to shine!
  • Can I do multiple hair/outfit changes during a session?
    I offer packages with 1-4 outfit changes. Please see my current packages and pricing to see which package is best for you!
  • What can I expect BEFORE my session?
    We will find the perfect date for you and discuss a time to chat before your session. Once I’ve received your session fee the chosen session date is yours. Your session will be creative and unique to you. We will discuss the best location that fits what you want for your session and any ideas or requests you may have. We will be in contact the week of your session to confirm and discuss details. I will keep an eye on the weather forecast and contact you (the day of or day before your session) if I feel the session may need to be moved earlier or later in the day or re-scheduled. We will then meet for your photography session, have loads of fun and capture great images.
  • What can I expect ON THE DAY of my session?
    On the day of your session, we’ll meet at the agreed time and location and get started making memories! This will be a fun and special event that will result in keepsakes for the rest of your life. I understand how important your investment is, and I ensure that we will make the most of our time together. I recognize that some people are camera shy. No worries! We’ll take as much time as needed to get you relaxed and use to the camera.
  • What can I expect AFTER my session?
    I will post my favorite pictures to Harvest Bloom’s Facebook, Instagram, and, Twitter page. Feel free to share! Within 3 weeks after your session, I will send you an online gallery where you will be able to download all of your fully edited images. Each session includes a different $ print credit. You can choose and purchase your professional prints and products directly from your digital gallery. If you need any assistance with your print purchase, I will be happy to help. It is exciting to see the final piece of art on your wall to enjoy for years to come. The lab you will be receiving your products and prints from is excellent and the printing is of the highest quality. Your images will look their best when printed from this lab.
  • When will I receive my photos?
    Within 3-4 weeks after your session I will send you an online gallery where you will be able to download all of your fully edited images.
  • How do I use my photo credit for prints?
    Each session collection also includes a $75 print credit. You can choose and purchase your professional prints and products directly from your digital gallery. If you need any assistance with your print purchase, I will be happy to help. The lab you will be receiving your products and prints from is excellent and the printing is of the highest quality. Your images will look their best when printed from this lab.
  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
    Your deposit of $150 is nonrefundable but can be used towards a future regular session (excludes special mini sessions)
  • What if inclement weather pops up unexpectedly?
    I will keep an eye on the weather forecast and contact you (the day of or day before your session) if I feel the session may need to be moved earlier or later in the day or completely re-scheduled.
  • Do you have a recommendation for hair and makeup?
    Yes, professional hair and makeup can be added to any session. We will always focus on enhancing your natural beauty until you feel radiant and confident! I frequently work with Catala House for makeup and The Red Beauty Salon for hair, they are both located in New Melle.
  • Do you offer night sessions?
    Since I am a natural light photographer and use the light of the sun as the light source, I only do daytime shoots.
  • Do you ever offer any holiday or related discounts?
    I do not, however I do offer mini sessions occasionally.
